Houdini - Random Box Subdivision

Houdini Digital Asset

The "Random Box Subdivision" setup helps you create a complex, irregularly subdivided box geometry in seconds! Change the number of subdivisions, randomise layouts, recolour and add wireframes. Generate endless amounts of abstract visuals with this nice little tool!. A bunch of attributes and groups will help you in the shading part of your process.

Note: This is not a tutorial. Its a digital asset for Houdini (hdalc - for limited commercial use -). It works out of the box. (no pun intended) So, no deep houdini knowledge is necessary. Just place down the node and start creating.
